Shipping

When will I receive my order?


Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time is usually 5-10 business days. We offer expedited shipping options. ​




Where do you ship?


We currently only ship in the United-States. For shipping outside of the United States, please reach out by email




What would I do if I never received my order?


After the delivery of each package, I will provide you with a tracking number to follow your order. In case you never received it, please contact us as soon as possible.




Do you offer fast shipping?


Yes, we offer expedited shipping options such as 2-day expedited and standard overnight shipping. For more info please check out our Shipping & Returns Policy.




How can I track my package?


Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).




What if I'm not home?


If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on your location and delivery method you choose. You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

Returns

Do you accept returns?


We only do return for exchange or store credit. We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions: - The return or exchange request is made within 21 days of delivery - The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

Are returns free?


We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any carrier/delivery service fault. Purchaser is responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.




How long does it take to process a return?


Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package. The exchange or store credit will be issued.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
