Shipping and Returns
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed. We will send an email with tracking information once your order is shipped. A link to track your order and expected delivery date will be included when the delivery method allows it.
Standard shipping: $5.95 flat rate (5-10 business days)
2-Day expedited shipping: $25 (2 business days)
Standard overnight shipping: $50 (next day)
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order. We currently ship only in the United-States. For shipping outside of United States, please email us at info@NatalieMaharaj.com
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery. Standard shipping time is usually 5-10 business days. We offer expedited shipping options.
We accept returns for exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be returned unworn and unwashed with all tags and original packaging attached. All SALE merchandise and accessories are Final Sales - No Refunds or Exchanges.
Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
We do accept returns for exchange or store credit in respect to the following conditions:
- The return or exchange request is made within 21 days of delivery
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to any carrier/delivery service fault. Purchaser is responsible for paying shipping costs on returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package. The exchange or store credit will be issued.
IF YOU'RE NOT HOME
If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on your location and delivery method you choose.
You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.
